10 years in the making...

This is a picture of me and my best friend Irina in high school. We took our senior girls trip to San Diego. This is the grocery ramp at Ralph's on Pacific beach. 10 years later, this is her twins, Mason and Dylan on the same ramp on their family trip. How cute, right?! Ooh the memories!!!!! (ok I'm doing the math and its actually 11 years later, but who's really counting! Lol)

HAWAII

HAWAIIIIIII!!!!  Well Cory and I decided to be spontaneous and just run off to Hawaii for a week!  Sooooooo much fun!  We went to Honolulu, Oahu and stayed on Waikiki!  Wow-zer!  How cool it was to see our feet in the water!  Clean, crisp, blue water!!  So amazing!!

Camping-ish in Prescott ;-)

Well we decided to get away for a bit. Headed up to beautimus Prescott for a nice long weekend. Cory and Josh helped their dad build a porch off the back of his shop apartment to over look the lovely mountains. Pulled our new trailer up there and had a great time with everyone including our cute neices and nephew. Fun fun times!

Girls night!!!!!

Well it was time for a girls night, and though we miss our other bestie Kim (ahem...who happens to be in the Caribbean), we had a blast celebrating Nikki's berfday!!!! Yayyy!!! What a night a fun!! Making chocolate marmalade scones, ordering take out, and watching Pitch Perfect till all hours of the night! Teehehe Thanks grills!!! (yes I said grills :))

Well today is our 6 year anniversary...it's seems like it's been 20 years! In a good way of course! Teehehe Last night Cory treated me to a dinner movie...yes that's a dinner movie, not dinner and a movie. We rocked the big comfy recliners at the AMC dine in theater. What a treat! Wow!! So much fun! And a great way to celebrate our anniversary ;-)

Boys and baseball....

So last night Cory played church ball. I know what you're thinking...TROUBLE!!!!! Hahaha Well it was freezing last night, but we went anyways. I'm so glad we did because it was a blast to watch my hunny rock that ball through center field! So amazing!! I played cold cold cheerleader in the bleachers with one of my besties, Shelby and my new friend AJ! Yes yes, I make new friends still. Lol! Sooo much fun!!!

Utah trip!!

Blogging from my phone...hopefully it turns out ok...first go at this! Haha For Valentine weekend Cory and I went to Utah for a weekend away! Had a blast! Saw some friends of ours and drove down to Manti to see my Aunt and uncle. Visited the Manti temple which was positively BEA-U-tiful!!!!!!! Such a fun (ahem....COLD) trip! Hahaha Good times, good times!!

The sun was in the perfect spot...it was breath taking! And the one below is my Uncle and Aunt Jean....they are a hoot!  They are the ones that live in Manti!  That is their church building in the background.  They told us it was originally going to be the Manti Temple and then Brigham Young showed up and said..."no no, the temple needs to be up there (and pointed to the hill)".  So they began construction in another spot for the temple, but finished this one as a church building....prettiest LDS church I've ever seen!! hahaha  

We were sad to find the Salt Lake Temple was closed for maintenance when we got there, but it was pretty site to see anyway.  :)  We toured the church headquarters and they have a roof top deck where we were able to see all of Salt Lake!  So gorgeous!!!!  Love love the mountains!!
